FANTASTIC stay NEAR termini
quick checkimmediate upgradediscount passwalkable distance
I checked in very quickly and received an immediate upgrade to a suite it WAS beautiful. I also got 50% off a day pass on the hop on hop off bus tour. The hotel is walkable from the termini station it brought us from the cruise port. I walked back to it to catch my train to the airport AMAZING.
I did notice there was no clear signage for the toilets A MINOR INCONVENIENCE.

Staff are friendly and very helpful contributing to a cute atmosphere upon arrival. The check in process was fast, staff explained all the amenities and services clearly. A GREAT EXPERIENCE

The hotel includes a coffee machine providing convenient access to beverages ANY TIME. Breakfast offered a nice selection, a great perk when starting the day. I saw fantastic restaurants nearby too.

Really good Service and Convenient Location

I found the staff amazing and very professional. They assisted me with everything I needed. I contacted the hotel prior to arrival to ensure the correct number of beds were available. The staff replied quickly to my questions, which I appreciated a lot. The towels were plentiful and fluffy.
I thought that the breakfast, though tasty, lacked variety and it got a bit repetitive.

The breakfast food selection was typical, but everything tasted good. I enjoyed the coffee a lot. The breakfast kept me full well into the afternoon.

The hotel is close to the train station, approximately a ten-minute walk. Several shops and many restaurants are very nearby. A grocery store is also located close to the premises.

The room was clean and spacious, which I greatly appreciated. The furnishings throughout the hotel have a gorgeous, elegant atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the towel warmer and the proper bidet in the bathroom.
